End of tenancy cleaning (also called move-out cleaning) is calibrated specifically to what landlords and property agents check during a handover inspection — grease traps, oven interiors, aircon coils, silicone seals, skirting, and window tracks. A regular deep clean is more general and often skips exactly the spots that get flagged at handover. We only send cleaners trained on Singapore handover standards.

A 3-room HDB flat typically takes 3-4 hours with two cleaners. A 4-room or 5-room flat takes 4-6 hours. Condos and larger units can take a full day depending on the number of bathrooms and whether the unit is furnished. We'll confirm an estimated duration when you book.

Do you clean inside the oven, fridge, and washing machine?

Yes — interior cleaning of the oven, hob, exhaust hood, and any built-in appliances is included in every package. If your unit is furnished and includes a fridge or washing machine, let us know when booking and we'll include the interior wipe-down at no extra charge.

Will end of tenancy cleaning guarantee my full deposit back?

Accepted Answer

No cleaning company can guarantee your landlord's decision — deposit deductions can also cover unrelated wear and tear, repairs, or outstanding utility bills. What we can say is that 98% of our customers have received their full deposit back after using our service, because we clean to the standard that Singapore agents specifically check for at handover.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most of our customers hand over keys via lockbox, concierge, or a trusted neighbour and aren't present during the clean. We send photo documentation of completed work so you have a record for your handover meeting.
