Move Out Pte Ltd ("EasyMoveOut") is committed to protecting your personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Short version: We collect only what we need to deliver your service. We don't sell your data. We don't spam. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
1. What data we collect
When you use our checklist tool
- Move-out date and property type (HDB, condo, landed)
- Checklist progress (items ticked)
- Optional: name, phone, and email if you submit a quote request
When you request a quote or book a service
- Name, phone number, email address
- Property address and handover date
- Services requested and booking details
- Payment information (processed by our payment provider — we don't store card numbers)
When you contact us
- Name and contact details you provide via WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Contents of your messages, including property photos you send us
When you visit our website
- Browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited (via analytics)
- Referral source (how you found us)
2. Why we collect it

3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:
Your name, contact number, and property address are shared with the assigned professional so they can confirm and complete your booking.
Payment is processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store or see your full card details.
We use anonymised analytics (e.g., Cloudflare Analytics). No personally identifiable data is shared.
Where required by Singapore law, court order, or regulatory request.
4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights under PDPA
As a data subject in Singapore, you have the right to:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or update data that's wrong or incomplete.
Opt out of marketing messages at any time, no questions asked.
Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies for essential functionality (e.g., remembering checklist progress) and anonymised analytics. We do not use tracking cookies that follow you across other websites. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
7. Data security
We use industry-standard security measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure (Cloudflare). Staff access to customer data is limited to those who need it to do their jobs.
8. Cross-border transfers
Your data is primarily stored in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Where data is processed by international service providers, we ensure they provide protection comparable to Singapore's PDPA standards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices change. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a website notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
